How to prepare cake with walnuts and coffee

If you use quality butter you have no reason to worry about it being cut. I only had 65% fat in the house and it still didn't cut, so if you use good butter, not so much a concern :))

If your butter cream is still cut, fix it by placing the bowl on top of a bowl of hot water from which steam comes out and mix until it is repaired. Don't let it soften too much, just bind it back.
Turn the worktop over on a plate, peel off the baking paper (pass, before turning it over, with the knife on the edge of the tray, to peel off the worktop).
Spread the cream, level and decorate according to your preferences.
Caramelize 3-4 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl. Be careful not to leave it too long, so that it does not become bitter. Put a handful of walnuts in the hot caramel and mix quickly.

Last weekend's dessert was a fasting one. I made a fasting cake with nuts and peanut butter, a cake that, to my surprise, was also one that I liked. I think I've said in other blog posts that I'm not a big fan of fasting desserts because they don't seem as tasty as the others. So, during fasting periods, I prefer to cook fewer desserts.
But I've wanted to try a fasting peanut dessert for a while. I like the taste of peanut butter and we often eat it for breakfast. I rather prefer it like that, spread on rice slices, possibly with a little honey over it. A perfect fasting breakfast, I say.
But, as you also read different recipes for desserts with peanut butter, I said that I must try to use it as well. And how can it be better valued than in a fasting dessert, I thought. Why? Because its strong aromatic taste could supplement some of the large amount of sugar in fasting desserts and at the same time give it a special flavor.
And yes, I was right. My intuition was a good one because I was finally satisfied with a fasting dessert like this. Now do not understand that I did not like the other fasting desserts whose recipes I have published over time. Of course I liked them because otherwise I wouldn't publish them anymore. It's just that he seems to be the best of them all. Maybe because of the peanut butter flavor that I really like.

The recipe, like any other fasting dessert recipe, is a very easy one to make. We mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ones in another and then we combine them together and ready. No need for a mixer or long time in the kitchen. But let's see how it's done together.
Walnut and coffee cake, how do we flavor it, how do we personalize it?
For an extra flavor I added vanilla essence on the counter and coffee essence in cream. The vanilla one was vanilla superfood from Cosel, and the coffee one obviously had the same brand. They are very fragrant and have a wonderful cake taste. In addition, you can use rum essence or almond essence. Both fit into this nut and coffee cake recipe. If you want, you can add a little chocolate to the cream. Walnuts can also be replaced with almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts or any other walnuts. Of course, the countertop fits very well with other creams. You can put vanilla, chocolate or caramel cream. So, if you are not a coffee fan, you can try one of these creams.
To make sure it hardens enough, I added greasy butter to the cream. That way I didn't have to use gelatin. I know some of you are wary of it, so I came up with a jelly-free version. This cake with walnuts and coffee can also be made in the form of a cake, and the ingredients are enough for a 24-26 cm tray. Dupa ce a stat in frigider peste noapte, o puteti felia si servi.
